Chelsea Flower Show - Champagne Breakfast and Private Tour

Got up ridiculously early for an amazing private tour of the show gardens at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. This being the 100th year of the show it was a particularly special occasion. The Arthritis Garden was very moving with it's precious frankincense plant. It felt like being transplanted onto a movie set for the Australian Trailfinders' Garden. This wonderfully brave garden was announced "Best in Show" as we stood by. Thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous Champagne breakfast hosted by RHS President Elizabeth Banks. None of the great and the good of the gardening world held back on the sensational spread or the Champagne after a brisk walk around the Royal Hospital. At 8am it felt like lunchtime.Went for a stroll around the stunning flower displays afterwards. Can't decide whether I wanted to wear the flowering cacti or actually eat them. http://www.rhs.org.uk/Shows-Events/RHS-Chelsea-Flower-Show/2013
